Webex is no longer sending my recordings to me via email automatically.

Hi Erica,

As a host, if you record a Webex meeting then you should receive an email alert for your recording. If you are not getting the notification then make sure you have below option enabled under Webex Control Hub >> Your Site >> Webex Meeting >> Site Options:

The recording was in cloud on local ?

I am going to say local....in the past (a week or so ago), once I ended a meeting, I received an email in my outlook with a link to the recording.  I have had two meetings today, and I haven't received an email with the recording.  The recordings are there because I see them in my webex account but the link isn't being sent via an email.

Local recordings cannot be notified by the cloud..

For NBR, there is also a setting in CH. Maybe it was changed? See Kathy's response in https://community.cisco.com/t5/webex-meetings-and-webex-app/meeeting-recording-notification/m-p/4651439#M9175
