Why am I unable to see share screen started by others?

Whenever someone begins to share their screen, it just shows 'XYZ has begun to share screen' and just a black screen appears. To see the shared screen, I have to rejoin the conference and then it shows. Does anyone have a fix for my issue? Having to repeatedly reenter a conference is so annoying.

Also could be a graphics driver issue. You could try updating your graphics drivers as well.

Are you running it through Citrix or any sort of streaming service? There was a common issue a while back.
