Audio works fine in main training session, but when I share a webpage with audio eg YouTube participants can see the video but can’t hear it. How can I overcome this issue?

When you need to share a web page with audio on it, Youtube, in Webex Training you'll need to use Share > Multimedia.  This will play the youtube video in the panels on the right.  To stop the multimedia, right click the panel title bar to access the stop feature.  https://help.webex.com/en-us/n6aa6g0/Share-Multimedia-Content-in-the-Multimedia-Viewer

I tried Share - Multimedia. When I tested it at home (with another computer on our wifi) it was perfect and all ran well. Today when I attempted to do it from school I do not get the option to share multimedia.

Is it something within schools that blocks it and therefore I can't use it from school? If I start a training session set up for tomorrow with no one in it, I get the share multimedia option.

Does anyone know the answer to this?

Thank you. This works. Just one more question - because the video is now playing locally on each computer - it is not in sync with the host’s playing of the video, is that correct?
