I am new to webex and to the newer version. How do I open up a meeting that is already scheduled to attach documents? Or is that something I can only do once the meeting has stared?
Thank you!!

As soon as I hit send, I see this question was pertaining to Webex Training, so sorry. You can log into the web scheduler and edit your Training session prior to start and add/remove documents or tests. From your Home dashboard, locate the meeting and click into it. Then you will see an edit button. Scroll down to documents and you can add/remove from there.

How are you scheduling meetings and are you wanting the documents to be simply shared during the meeting or to all participants prior to the meeting? I'll try to offer some information here.
- If you are scheduling the Webex via the web interface of via the Webex App, there is no way to add document attachments to the invite and you cannot change it via those interfaces.
- If you are scheduling the meeting via Outlook or OWA, you can add documents as attachments to the meeting invite as you would any calendar invite, and you further add them after scheduling and send an update via Outlook/OWA.
- Otherwise, if you are attempting to add a document within a Webex meeting, but not to the invite, the only way I'm aware to do this is when you start the meeting. You do this by going to the upper left menu, and selecting File > Open and Share. This allows you to upload a file to a meeting where it can be presented and the presenter can move from one page/slide to the next in the Webex meeting interface.
