How to find url link for Webex Training

Hi

i'm currently setup our Cisco webex Training in our corporate. 

but there is an issue with invite attendees to the training session. they are more than 100 participants !!!

do i need to invite them indiviually ? or I just share the url link of the session to them and they will register ?

and how to find that url link ?

You could invite yourself, and when you get the invite, pick and chose what you like and develop your own communication with the link to join or register for the session.
