webex host to change layout of attendees

Hello, 

I use webex webinars/events for several years. As a host, I was able to pin a video (camera) on webex events so that all attendees see the same video, and no one else can change it.

I wonder if there is any way now with webex webinars or events (classic) to stick to the host's layout or if the host is able to pin one camera or video and remove unwanted windows from attendees' screens. 

Any ideas?
