If you are talking about the Participant list panel, you can do this yes! Once you start your webinar, click into Attendee Privileges. There you can make the attendee list not viewable.

Thanks for this info. Do you know if there is any way to make this a default settings so users don't have to do this when they begin each Webinar? I have not yet found a way to adjust all the default Privileges.
