Cisco Aironet 1260 WGB Associated to parent, but I cannot ping the WGB

I have a aironet 1260 configured as a WGB and when looking at the parent's associated clients, it shows the WGB, as well as the device connected to the bridge, however I'm unable to ping either the bridge or the device attached to it from my PC as well as the parent access point...
