Cisco AP Dot11Radio0 interface is up but SSID is not broadcasted

Robbert100

Level 1

Dear Cisco community member.

I have configured the AIR-RM1252G-E-K9 access point (IOS 12.4(10b)JDA3)

Even thought the Interfaces are up I still do not see any service on the wireless media (no SSID or any kind of service on the 2.4 Ghz)

Any help is appreciated.

See attached running config of the AP.

For the information interface dotradio1 (the 5Ghz) works (broadcasts the SSID) clinents join and operate normally. It is only dotradio 0 that does not work. (both modules (radios) have correct antennas connected.

Regards,

Robert

5) Any messages logged on AP console?

No - I do not see any messages regarding this radio (the AP behaves as if the service is running) (note 5 GHz works it is 2.4 Ghz that is not working)

6) How is the AP powered? Could be not enough power?

Currently I am using manufacturer supplied Power injector
