don't see SSID same mobile

Hello

same mobile don't see SSID  and some mobile see SSID   and we have two fortigate 200D and controlle 3504 and 26 ap 

SO , i need a help that expain why same mobile don't see SSID  !!!

what i can to check in fortigate or controller ?,,,,,,,

SOME ONE  tell me the problem is in mobile or fortigate 200d or  controller  ???

because some see SSID and other mobile don't see SSID !! language frensh or english for this SSID

May be these devices don’t support 5ghz !!

Yes , it is ok i enbaled band in controler 2.4 ghz so all mobile see SSID in Tunisia
