they don't have Interent AP 1815i

hello

i have a question please i need your answer 

if SSID is brodcast desktop for AP 1815i moblity express  but  they don't have Interent means the AP don't recieve ip address from DHCP !!!??

i need answer about that problem !!

check client are getting IP or not ?

also check if this subnet is allowed to go to internet or not (mean routing)

I check ap and desktop and telephone are get ip address ip from router dhcp , so it ok for wifi

so the problem is problem fibre router telecom  that is no internet
