TX Power Level

We currently have three AP2802i access points running version 8.10.105.  One of them is acting as the controller. 

I have run the Cisco wireless adviser and a wifi scanner and they both come back with the same thing.  I need to raise the TX level.   RSSI is running about -68.   The problem is I have researched and everything I find on how to accomplish this does not work (ie. type in this command and the command does not exist).  I have spent hours looking at the different commands in the CLI without success.  How do I manually increase the power level on these access points.

If you have at the outer edges of the coverage are -68 dBi, then you are actually good.
For the power levels, you can either choose TPC (recommended) or manually set the power.
