wlc 2504 AIR-CAP1532I-E-K9 continiusly downloading

Hi,

I would like to upgrade WLC 2504 from 8.2.151.0 to newe image. So I follow release note:

If you are using Release 8.2.15x or earlier, we recommend that you upgrade to Release 8.2.16x or 8.3.x and then upgrade to Release 8.5.140.0.

so I upgrade to 8.3.121.0

all device upgrade except  AIR-CAP1532I-E-K9, it is continuously downloading (Operational Status)

I also try to upgrade to 8.5.x but again only AIR-CAP1532I-E-K9, it is continuously downloading...

How can I get it out from downloading? What can I do? 

p.s. it is outside AP so I don't want to climb to it

Did you upload a supplementry image on 2504 WLC? This bundle is mandatory to support AP802,AP1530, AP1550 and AP1570

1. disconnect AP from Switch

2. update wlc with supplementry image

3. then cconnect AP again to chekc if its getting connecte dor not!

Also recommand to use either 8.3.150.0 or 8.5.151.0 software for 2504 WLC.
