We're having a heck of a time getting our Carrier Infinity Thermostats (SYSTXCCITC01-B) connected to our Cisco wireless network.  The network is rock sold (running vWLC version 8.5.151 and the access points are either 2802i's or 3802i's).

The thermostats connect fine to any other 2.4ghz network we setup, just not the cisco one.

In the logs we are getting error "18" for denied rates.  We've checked the STA rates and the log shows the carrier is asking for the following:

STA rates:

130 - 1 (mandatory)

132 - 2 (mandatory)

139 - 5.5 (mandatory)

150 - 11 (mandatory)

140 - 6 (mandatory)

18 - 9 (supported)

152 - 12 (mandatory ??)

36 - 18 (suppports)

Has anyone seen this before?  Any ideas how we can get this thermostat to connect to the network?  We've tried every permutation of mandatory/supported rates, and still nothing.

Thanks in advance
