Hello Team,

AP Model: AIR-AP3802I-D-K9

AP-Mode: Local

WLC ios:8.10.151.0

 

Users not getting ip address, users struck in dhcp required state.

Ap associated with wlc in local mode.IN the same location other users AP with the same model are getting ip address.

Isssue is with the only one AP.

you provide little information on either access points or network configuration , so this will be guessing.......

check the port configuration of the switchport that this access point is connected to
is this a trunk ? or an access port? which vlans are allowed ?
you may want to compare to a switchport with an access point that works

Have you rebooted the AP?

You might be hitting well known bug https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvv78719

Refer to https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwa73245 for the complete fix which will require upgrade to 8.10.171.0 or later.
