802.1x 'txWhen' Timer expired for station

we're set up an environment for WIFI auto-connection,

but met "802.1x 'txWhen' Timer expired for the station", could anyone help me to check the log what happened?

Pls attached "show wlan <wlan_id>" output. Also what is the RADIUS server you used in this 802.1X deployment, I would check RADIUS server logs as well.

Also confirm what software version (show sysinfo) you running on WLC and what AP model in used.

That's what you should be looking at - the device is not responding.
Need the info Rasika has already suggested and I'd suggest packet captures at client and radius server too.
