AX150 unable to access wlan for day zero configuration

Hello,

Ive bought 3 AX150 to spread out my network to get to diffrent location and also manage multiple wlan. But im having issues when connected to a router where the AP dosnt wanna boot so i can access it. At best i mananaged to configure the primary AP and when it restarts its stuck in a red gren blinking state and never goes into a solid green state or shows my newly created wlan SSID.

I can confirm that from my router its been assigned an IP of my local network. ive also tried to assigne a static management IP and get it assigned with DHCP , but nothing seems to work so i really dont know where to go.

The APs are commected to a local network of 10.x.x.x/27 network i also have another network but thats on a tagged Vlan 10.x.x.x/26

Check LED status - the kind of indication its setting up give 10min time to get access , then do the zero day config:

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/wireless/access_point/csbap/CBW_WiFi_6/QSG/QSG_en/CBW_150AX_QSG_EN.pdf

Zero day config :

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/smb/wireless/CBW-AX/kmgmt-3416-150AX-day-zero-config.html

Does the AP get power from different source or PoE - make sure you get enough power to AP.

try again factory reset and test it.

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

The unit should go from white to green blinking to green/red blinking to a non green blinking state. I only manage to get to the 2st stage which is the green/red blinking state. Those time i get pass after the day zero configuration its not broadcasting any SSID the device is permanently in a red/green blinking state.

Factory reseting will not initiate the device. I have a cabel modem going in the house, if i put it in normal DHCP i can access AP , as soon as i add it in a bridge mode and attach a router since the ISP one is really bad i simply cant initiate the AP's.

Ok so it looks like with some help packetsniffing and having the cisco mobile app i seem to have isolated the problem not sure if it applies to all class networks but a class C subnet of /24 make everything work, if you try to segregate the network to smaller networks it simply wont apply on the APs, they will still me stuck with a /24 subnet instead of the subnet your acctually using. Strange, not sure why either.
