Is there an equivalent to Meraki's "Deny Local Lan" on Cisco Business APs?

We have used Cisco Meraki AP's with Ubiquiti switching and used this feature to secure the guest network.

For our new building we decides to get Cisco Business switching and APs with the Cisco Business Dashboard.

It will depend on the rest of your hardware. We have a seperate vlan for guest traffic and use our firewalls to restrict traffic to the guest vlan to internet only.

i think the peer-to-peer blocking is the option you are looking for,
this prevents traffic directly between clients on the "local network" / wlan / subnet
