Cisco partnership error

Hello  i has a Cisco partnership in the past that was cancelled but now i am trying to return to but everytime than i go in the Partner Self service Cisco Registration have an error than cannot allow me to continue, the error is showed in the Screenshots below i wish to resolve this problem and be grateful if are resolved

There might be numerous reasons you are not able to load the page. Please visit the https://www.cisco.com/c/en_hk/partners/partner-tools/helpline.html partner help page and open a case with the GVE. They would be able to guide you through the process.

i go to helpline but this tells that are only for partners and the GVE chat get error and don´t work

hello, any one knows if any cisco partner can offer to employees any voucher for taking certificationexams? my employer is a gold partner but the partnership administrator doesnt knows.
