configuration cisco 140 AC access point

Hello Team.
I have a problem with the Cisco 140 AC access points that I am installing at a client's home.

We have followed the configuration procedures:
- we created an administrator account
-I created a wireless network
- I confirmed the settings
- when I apply the configurations, the access point reboots but does not display any SSDI and I can no longer access the configuration web page. the access point flashes red.

What should I do?

I would like to know how to configure the dhcp server under windows so that it can assign an IP address to the 140 AC access point?
