Error AP POWER

l getting error on ap is flashing red green and blue and my switch is cisco small business SF300-POE And no wifi this ap is covert to me newest version sill flashing red green blue

How do l fix it ? Do l need switch with poe+??

 - Start by looking at the datasheet of the particular AP model and look for powering requirements, then compare to switch capabilities , or find other switch model (e.g.) ; or use power adapter

What version of software?

Do you have CDP or LLDP enabled on the switch port?

Input power requirements

●  802.3at PoE+, Cisco Universal PoE (Cisco UPOE ®) ●  802.3at power injector (AIR-PWRINJ6=)

Whether or not your SF300 switch supports 802.3at depends on the exact model number of the switch. Refer to the Power over Ethernet (PoE) table at https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/small-business-smart-switches/data_sheet_c78-610061.html to see whether your switch supports it or not.  If not then you will need a power injector or switch which does support 802.3at (POE+).

problem is sloved its was switch new switch is arrived with poe+ and worked normal en showing my wifi thanks everyone
