Hi guys,
I have started with the administration of the CUCM Call manager in my company. We currently have CALABRIO for recording calls, but new stations that move to Jabber are not recording.
The licenses have been assigned correctly and the Jabbers have been restarted. the IPCC extension is ok.
Help with that.

I just solved this case. A parameter was missing in the VOIP Device in AQM. Exactly the Agent Login Name. Thanks for your answers

Jabber dont user Mac Address.
