Are there any FCC regulations pertaining to connecting an outdoor antenna that is mounted on the outside wall of a building and connecting this antenna to an access point that is mounted on the inside wall of the building? I am looking at installing an AIR-ANT2566P4W-R= antenna on the outside of a building and connecting it to a Cisco 2702e that would be mounted indoors on the opposite side of the exterior wall.

There are many FCC rules that would cover your antenna. Most of them deal with keeping your antenna from causing disruption, such as causing interference on a band reserved for home phones.

If you google "FCC wifi antenna laws" it will pull up tons of resources, such as: http://www.bitstorm.com/fcc-regulations/
