Hello,

I'm sorry, my english isn't good.

I have two WAP4410N devices on my network and would like to setup load balancing  for enable this feature to spread work between two or more access points to get optimal resource utilization, throughput, or response time.

What is the practice to setup load balancing  for two access point?

And  how many Utilization Threshold  is best ?

Thank you.

Hi ekachai, thanks for using our forum, my name is Johnnatan and I am part of the Small business Support community. I apologize for the issues you are having, this AP doesn´t support “load balancing” and about the utilization settings, Cisco has configured it devices with a default configuration, this one is the best for these devices, you´d better use this configuration. I hope you find this answer useful,

So if the AP doesn't support load balancing, why is there a configurable option for it in the UI?
