New CBW150AX access points not booting

Hello,

I recently purchased 3 CBW150AX access points along with a CBS110-8PP switch. The switch is connected to a router, and I currently have one access point connected to the switch. The access point has been assigned 2 IP addresses by the router as expected. The access point isn't broadcasting an SSID, and I'm unable to access anything via http or https on either of the assigned IPs. The access point continues flashing green-red-off.

I've tried the following:

  • Switching access points
  • Pressing the factory reset button on the back of the AP when powering up
  • Allowing an access point to run for several hours
  • Installing the management application on a phone and scanning the QR code
  • Rebooting the router
  • Connecting the AP directly to the router with the POE injector

I'm unsure how to continue, and welcome any suggestion.

Thanks,

David

I'm at a loss as to how to continue

Basically what need to be done is connect the AP to a PoE switch interface or to a Power injector, wait for about 10 minutes until the SSID "CiscoBusiness" pops up

Connect to this SSID and setup the AP.

Those AP need to be  primary-capable AP
