The site advises on the EOL (End of Life) for Cisco 5520:

Seeing this is only App SW (Application Software), does this mean the firmware OS SW (Operating System Software) is still covered, ensuring critical security vulnerabilities are covered?

  I´m afraid not. Because despite the WLC EoL,  we also have AirOS EoL. The last AirOS version supported by 5520 is 8.10, which also have the EoL published.

2025 is the last date for patches.
