I had 3 Cisco WAP571E Wireless Units Clustered from 2016 and working fine. One of the units failed (still looking to get that resolved), but couldn't wait and added a new 3rd unit just purchased. Updated the firmware of all to the most recent (1.0.2.6). No matter what I do, the new unit insists on becoming a cluster controller and creating its only cluster with the exact same name as the existing one. I tried disabling Single Point Setup on all of them and then Enabling on different ones first. No Change.
Please help!

Dear Customer,
Could you please send me as a private message all serial numbers of your WAP571Es access points along with your Cisco ID. I will make sure a service request is opened for you.
Thank you!
