unable Huawei mobile phone to join a hidden wireless network

i have cisco AIR-CT2504-K9  controller and AP1832i access points.

most of Huawei mobile phones are unable to join a hidden wireless controller despite that it has the correct parameters for the hidden network.

can anyone help with this issue to figure out whether it is a cisco issue or Huawei issue. ?
