Hello,
I have 8 APs WAP150 installed in an office since 11/2020, all feeded with POE from linksys SW 24 ports, this network considers as a secondary network in the office with its own IP range, some users connect with their mobiles or laptops. I faced problem with it from the time of installation until now, I didn’t interest with it more because it won’t the primary network for office work, I just restart the SW and all thing work probably until someone tell me there are a problem again, then I restart it, so on. I tried these solved:
All the solved above not solved anything, in fact I dealt before with wap121, it so stable and installed more than 30 ap in on building with 2 single point name, didn’t face any problem with wap121. There is bug in wap150? Could you help to solve this issue?

Hello,
First of all try to upgrade firmware to latest version - 1.1.3.2
Which you can find here:
https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286286263/type/282463166/release/1.1.3.2
After this try to apply on your WAP's following wireless best practices:
1. Under Wireless > Radio please uncheck all legacy rates below 12 Mbps for both 5 and 2.4 GHz - this way we will ensure that all devices are connected on higher rates and will not slow down the others
2. Under Wireless > Radio please set Protection Mode from Auto to Off for both 5 and 2.4 GHz - this way we will eliminate extra traffic used to protect legacy devices
3. Under Wireless > Radio please set the fixed multicast rate from Auto to higher value like 54 if the clients signal RSSI are good enough
4. Under Wireless > Radio please set the bandwidth utilization to 0, allow more clients to get connected;
5. Under System Configuration > LAN please disable Bonjour
6. Under Wireless > Networks please enable Band steering
7. Under Wireless > Networks please ensure that WPA2 is used. Disable wpa-tkip.
8. On both radios - Wireless Radio - at the bottom disable VHT Features
9. Again on both radios - set Channel to Auto
10. Under Wireless - QoS - at the bottom for both radios disable Unscheduled Automatic Power Save delivery
11. Under System Configuration - LAN - Port Settings Table - disable Green ethernet
12. Under System Configuration - Security - check if Rogue AP Detection is enabled, if so - disable it for both radios
13. Upgrade firmware to latest version - 1.1.3.2
Which you can find here:
https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286286263/type/282463166/release/1.1.3.2
If this doesn't help you can open a support case in Cisco Small Business TAC if your warranty covers that.
You can find contact here :
