Does anybody know if the WAP321 is any good? Do they have the dropping connections problem that the WAP4410n's do.I can't afford to buy another lemon.
Thanks,
chad

I have both a WAP321 and WAP121 -- they are both quite stable and don't seem to have any problems.
That said, I'm thinking of returning the WAP321. It's ~$100 more than the WAP121, and has very few additional features for the cost.
You're paying for:
- 5 ghz (but *not* simultaneous, so not super useful)
- Captive Portal (provided by lots of other devices, e.g. RV180)
- GigE instead of FE connectivity
- 8 vlans/MSSIDs instead of 4
- 32 connected clients, 20 active (vs. 16 connected, 10 active)
Seems a little strange to not provide simultaneous dual band, IMHO.

Hi, My name is Eric Moyers. I am a Network Support Engineer in the Cisco Small Business Support Center. Thank you for using the Cisco Community Post Forums.
First Thank you for the nice remarks on our newest Access Points.
You mentioned be nice to have simultaneous 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz, we have heard that a lot. I know that it has been discussed on many occasions for the Small Business Line of Products, but there has been no movement in that direction yet.
I know that we have a couple of more AP's in development, I will be keeping my fingers crossed that they might include that feature
Thanks
