Hi, we have two WAP551 AP's in our main office. I configured them using Single Point Setup, so they have the same information for the SSID's. The issue is that one AP seems to work fine but if I move in the range of the other it won't authenticate, get an IP, or connect at all. It can be any or all of the issues. The two AP's are in range of one another. People are constantly complaining that the wireless is down and at my desk it is always working fine. The people complaining are near the other AP. The odd part is that I go in with my phone and my phone connects fine normally. On our conference room laptop I move around the building and one AP works fine and moving toward the second it changes to no internet connection. If I disable the network adapter and then re-enable it I get an authentication error. Any ideas?
