Wireless AP not auto switch over or roaming other AP from Wifi Clients

Hi,

Good day to everyone,

I would like to seek anyone advise and assistance in regard to my current 3 Wireless AP ( Model : Cisco WAP 4410N) that has been noticed didn't switch over or roaming each other. The Wifi clients is stay connected to 1 AP even though moved from one place to another place within our office area.

We have configured the 3 Wireless AP with same SSID and security. The wireless channel that been configured is 1,6 and 11 for each 3 AP.  For RTS Threshold and other setting has been configured with same setting as well for 3 AP.

Kindly advise if any other setting that need to be configured?

Thanks.

Regards,

Wilson Leong

client will be decide which AP to connect, even though sometime you see AP right on top of you, but client connects different AP. depends on the parameter client decides.

I was not sure the WAP model mentioned can support seamless roaming.
