Hello Martino,
I would say this is more a question for an Windows admin. They would have a better idea of what the best way to integrate or setup some sort of trust between the domains would be.
There are some network considerations, as far as VLANs and possibly SSIDs go, but I would say you first need to find out how you are going to authenticate users across all the domains, and that is really a Windows Server issue.
Once you know how all of that is going to work we can take a look at making the network hardware work with it as well.
