WVC210 forgotten password

Hello, I've recently restarted my WVC210 camera, but have forgotten my username and password. Is there any way I can reset it without having to restore factory default and lose all my settings?

I can't find any assistance for this model in the forums.

Dear Frank,

The only way to restore the default username and the password is to reset the device by pressing the RESET button longer than 3 seconds.

Thanks for your answer. I have the ethernet connection working but I have a problem with the wireless connection. Although the wireless LED lights up, I get a page not found error when I attempt to access on the browser (all browsers). Also, on the home window, I only see some of the video options panel, namely the pan-and-tilt functions. The recording, snapshot, zoom functions etc, are not visible. Thanks for any answers.
