Folk's here cannot share files. Many have searched the internet and found the file they need. I suggest you go that route. I know that sucks, but we get in trouble doing that.

A simple search for, "download c1140-k9w7-tar.124-21a.JY.tar" will come up with sites that do have that image. Now if they are legit, I don't know.
