11b clients on 11G AP

can 11b clients(eg. pda or handheld) be able to connect to a Cisco 11g AP ?

would there be any issues with such connection ?

Hello,

The G Radio APs can accept both G and B as clients.

There should be no issues as long as the Radio Data Rates setting are set to default,This is found on the GUI in the Radio Interface page and under the Settings Tab. If the data rates are set to require rates that a B client can not support it will not allow the client to connect.
