AIR-CAP1552EU-E-K9 after reload it is disabling Radio interfaces!! can anyone help on this case?

save complete output (which shows your radio interface going down) to a text file & then attach it here.
We cannot see radio interfaces going down in provided partial output.

Try remove TKIP from encryption ciphers under radio0 & radio1 & then "no shutdown" both radios interfaces.

I think that latest configuration has missing many of required configs. Please check you config with below.
One thing I notice, you have configured BVI with ip address "10.0.111.251 255.255.240.0" . As per the config that should be from your vlan 254 (which is the native vlan), if that is correct, I would configure "ip default-gateway 10.0.x.x" as well.
