2702 reset by controller 5508 for unknown failure reason

Hi all,

I have around 50 2702 APs joined to a WLC5508, however, some of the APs are occasionally reset by controller. One of the APs reboots more frequently than other APs for around 3-4 times a week. The controller software version is 8.3.133.0 and the APs IOS version is 15.3(3)JD11$, no software upgrade has been done recently.  The AP connection failure shows "The AP has been reset by the controller" and the AP disconnect reason is "unknown failure reason". This AP has around 50 clients associated. Does the reboot caused by high loading or other reasons ?  Has anyone encountered this issue ? Thanks.

Remote into the AP and post the complete output to the command "dir".

Hi Leo, thanks for your reply, the "dir" output is as followed. FYI reference the ap was reset today at around 9am (GMT+8) and joined WLC at 09:03:49.499 (GMT +8)

Post the complete output to the AP command of "sh version".
If the AP is connected to a Cisco Catalyst switch, post the complete output to the command "sh interface <PORT> controll".

Please refer to the attached txt file "show version" and "show interface controller output", thanks

The outputs tell me the AP keeps losing power. I don't see any signs of the AP crashing.
Can you plug the AP directly into the switch and see if this behaviour persist?
