2702i - association issue

We are having problems with 2702i AP when moved to a different port on a switch and connected to the same WLC. It takes approximately 15 minutes to associate with the same WLC

First it boots and AP gives the following logs:

This time it associates with the WLC.
The problem is that it takes 15 minutes for the whole process though it is joining the same WLC. We have around 200 APs that need to be relocated ..Please advise

*Mar 1 00:04:31.591: %CAPWAP-3-DHCP_RENEW: Could not discover WLC. Either IP address is not assigned or assigned IP is wrong. Renewing DHCP IP.

The AP is unable to contact the DHCP.  After the reboot, the DHCP starts dishing out Option 43.  So I'd be looking at this.

the first line of the output above, itself has the dhcp assignment and the packet capture has the DHCP option 43 as well which is configured accurately . i feel this has got to do with tagging

as per the following line:

ad requested by CAPWAP CLIENT. Reload Reason: Could not discover WLC using configured vlan tag 1000, Reload to failover to untagged.

Reload Reason: Could not discover WLC using configured vlan tag 1000, Reload to failover to untagged.

No one can see this message because not all of the logs were posted.
