2802AP join issue

Hello Experts,

 

I having issue with one AP, whcih is not joing to WLC (version 8.5.151.0), rest more then 30 APs are joined.

 

Here are logs from AP:

 

Discovery response from MWAR ''running version 0.0.0.0 is rejected.
Failed to decode discovery response.
CAPWAP SM handler: Failed to process message type 2 state 2.
Failed to handle capwap control message from controller - status 4

Paste the output of these commands:

 

sh syinfo from WLC

 

show time form WLC

 

Is AP getting enough power ? (either via PoE or power injector)

Country code and software version are ok.

 

How about the power ? Is it getting enough power or  ?

 

 

 

 

We are using PoE and AP is getting full power (26.1W )

 

 

Ok then it must be buggy CSCvf71074/CSCvh85082.

 

Raise a TAC case and ask about the solution or RMAed it.

Try to search the error and look at what others have had to do. There are bugs related to that specific error you posted. This is just one.
