Can anyone tell me what kind of performance hit I would expect by enabling WEP on a point to point wireless link using 340 bridges?

Next to no performance hit
340 and all newer Cisco Aironet devices do WEP in hardware.
I dont have the exact figures but most peoples testing will not see the difference it really is that small
