350 Bridge Enet side No Link

I have a 350 Bridge, The radio side is working great but the enet side will not link. Is this a cable issue? The cable between the bridge and router is a straight through pin out which the install guide calls for any ideas?

Are you able to connect through the console ?

Is the ethernet port shut down ? Another test if to use a cross-over cable and connect it to the laptop/PC ethernet card and see if you can see the link lights ( if its XP,it will tell you if link is active)
