3702 Access point sends BPDU and Err-Disables the switchport

Hi experts, 

I am facing this issue with 3702 Access point, where randomly sends BPDU to the switchport and err-disables the port. obviously i have bpdugaurd enable on the port and i would like to keep it this way. the image that i am using on the AP is 8.3.143.0. the WLC is 5520, the switch is Cat9400. i cant find anything on cisco bug tool for this image/AP type. 

anyone has any suggestion how we can get this fixed?

This is a known bug and the fix is to upgrade the firmware of the WLC and the AP (RCV).
