Hiya.
I'm performing a POC for my company testing the 3802i using a 5508 controller.
I'm getting soooooooo many client drops reason code 1,2 is excessive. This is with the 3802i.
I've disabled the 3802i and ran a 3702 - I have very few drops.
I'm running:
5508 Controller, 8.2.151 Code for testing.
Has anyone had similar issues regarding this access point?

I don't have the 3802i, but the 2802i. Running the same software, but on 5520 controllers.
Not having such issues here, or at least I don't notice them.
Do you maybe have Client Loadbalance or Client Band Select active (I don't have them active)?

I don't have it active. I am testing a 5520 as we speak but the loaner I received is getting an error:
REBOOT AND SELECT PROPER BOOT DEVICE OR INSERT BOOT MEDIA IN SELECTED BOOT DEVICE AND PRESS A KEY.

This message sounds like a broken hard drive. You might want to power the controller off, unseat and place the hard drive back in and power it on again. If that doesn't help, RMA/TAC.
