Hi

Does anyone know if the 7.0.252.0 software version removes the 10 year cert issue on cisco AP's.

Also how the software version pushes out to the AP's (i.e. does it do it in one go or is it random).

Thanks

Dave

I have the same issue. My 10 year cert expired on the weekend and i'm hoping the 7.0.252.0 software version removes the check. Also, do you know how/where i can get the 7.0.252.0 software from nowadays??

Thanks

Luke

You can do it by using the command on WLC:

For Version 7.0.252.0, use this command:

(WLC)>config ap lifetime-check mic enable

I would be able to do that command if I was running 7.0.252.0 but as it seems I can no longer get that code from anywhere I'm stuck.. my wlc has bricked itself! Unless anyone can help me acquire it..??

check with your supplier, he may provide you.

Hi, Were you able to get the firmware? We are stuck as well.
