I need to know for shure if the aps listed below are compatible with 5508 controller version 7.1.91.0
the ap's are
AIR-LAP1242AG-E-K9
AIR-LAP1242G-E-K9
AIR-CAP3501E-E-K9
AIR-CAP3502E-E-K9
AIR-LAP1231G-E-K9
of course I checked release notes
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/controller/release/notes/crn7_1_91_0.html
but for me it is not that clear...
thank you in advance

AIR-LAP1231G-E-K9
NO it's not. The 1230 is last supported on the 7.0.X firmware. Look under the heading "Software Release Support for Access Points"

AIR-LAP1231G is not supported under the 7.1 or 7.2 codes. Unfortunately if you still have those lying around you may need to designate a controller as "legacy" and run 7.0 code on it to support them.

thank you everybody so the last column in the compatibility table (last supported) is to be empty or with "--" then the ap is supported while for example if written "7.0" that means it is not in version >7.0 ...Is that right?

if written "7.0" that means it is not in version >7.0
It means it's supported UP TO version 7.0.X and will not be supported on 7.1.X and higher.

Good catch Leo, I didn't even see that 1231 hanging out down there. Good job.
