5508 WLC 5508 and AP 3801 not servicing any users

Hello,

I have a 5508 controller with SW 8.3.140 and Air-3802I-B-K9 , all APs connected and with IP.

But I cannot show any clinent in the controller.

Now  We are in migration, any people can help me??

Did you check AP radios are enabled ?

Post "show sysinfo" & "show wlan summary" from your WLC

Maybe the radios are turned off?
Maybe the SSID is disabled?
Maybe the APs are in the wrong AP Groups?

Check if the AP is getting only 15.4W of Power. That will only allow the AP to boot up and join but the radios won't be able to power up. (You can check this at the WLC by going to Wireless->All APs--> Select your 3802 AP--> Advanced Tab --> top right corner).
