GE patient monitors (Carescape B450) - use broadcast/unicasr from Monitor to Host and back (GE monitor has static IP and has server IP defined) (units do not support multi c)
GE monitor ā network attached to vlan 730 - talks to host server on vlan 730 all ok
GE monitor on SSID ā using int vlan 730 - can ping the host from GE monitor , but no broadcast comms is happening ā GE monitor does not get data or sent patient host info seen when device is LAN attached to SW port vlan730.
WLC can ping all devices in this vlan 730 from cli
Is this a passive client configuration issue , or would trying DHCP for monitor allow WLC to discover the GE monitor via dhcp proxy request.
Config items tested - Controller>General>Broadcast Forwading "enabled" - no wifi connection to host
Anyone had experience or currently running GE patient monitoring devices ?
