5760 Mobility Peer state: Down, Up

Hi,

I am having an issue with a mobility peer: Control Link Down, Data Link Up.

They are both Cisco 5760 WLC's and there are no firewalls in between, they are on different subnets and have differnt Mobility Group Names.

Pings are successful. I have rebooted both WLCs and the state is still Down, Up.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same issue and knows a fix?

Are you certain there is nothing doing any sort of port blocking in betwee the two devices?

Perhaps an ACL on the device doing the L3 routing for those subnets?

Edit - Why are the mobility group names different??

Thanks for all the replies, I have fixed the issue now.

The issue was the time, the time between both WLCs were out by a few years..I changed both WLC times to the correct time and the mobility peer state was UP, UP.
