Studied the Official Study Guide by David Hucaby
the Quick reference Guide by Jerome Henry
Tood Lammle's book, CBT Nuggets
YouTube videos, Cisco Documentation, blogs, etc.
With several years of experience in telecommunications
I felt confident 640-722 exam would be rather easy
I took me 25 minutes to NOT answer most of the questions
I was able to answer the questions related to RF , regulatory entities
physics and similar due to work experience and the Guides.
But the Cisco equipment and software questions
seemed to be for a professional with several months/years
of experience with WCS, WCL, Encryption/Authentication etc.
These are part of the syllabus but not at the level the exam questions ask for
I could not have passed even if the exam had been open book!
The subject matter at the detail needed to pass the exam
is not there in the books.
I have to re-certificate before September 28/2015.
But then again, what should I study to re-take the exam,
what books to use if the Official Guide is of no help?

Why don't you go through the CCNP Wireless Quick Reference Guides, they all have about 120 pages so the reading is quite light and should be enough to pass. Otherwise you can grab the CWNA which is pretty much a deep dive into wireless technology.
Anyway, if you already have the CCNA Wireless and you need to re-certify, the CCNA R&S or any of the CCNP exams will do the job!
